How It Works
When you purchase shares, you receive a monthly bill credit based on the total energy output of the facility or solar generation. Your credit will fluctuate slightly depending on weather conditions and energy production, but it provides long-term value as electric rates change over time.
If you move within Ozarks Electric’s service area, you can transfer your shares to your new address. If you move outside the service area, you have the option to sell your shares back to Ozarks Electric at a depreciated rate.
