Departments

Ozarks offers a diverse range of employment opportunities, including call center, line crews, engineering, marketing, IT, and various other roles across multiple departments.

Finance and Accounting

Finance & Accounting plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial stability and integrity of the cooperative through their expertise and diligent work.

HR & Safety

The HR & Safety department is responsible for recruiting new employees, managing benefits and policies, and enforcing safety procedures to guarantee all staff comply with safety regulations.

Building & Procurement

The Building & Procurement department oversees the maintenance of buildings and facilities, as well as the procurement of materials and tools.

Member Relations

The Member Relations department serves as the primary point of contact for our members, assisting them with setting up services, processing payments, and managing their accounts through various channels including our call center, lobbies, and drive-throughs.

Energy Services

Our Energy Services department works with members to improve the energy efficiency of their homes and businesses, as well as offering programs such as net metering and electric vehicle charger rebates.

Corporate Strategy

The Corporate Strategy department works across the organization to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Marketing & Communications

The Marketing & Communications team engages with our members through various platforms such as email, social media, and community gatherings to ensure effective communication and connection.

Continuous Improvement

Continuous Improvement involves the collaboration of data analytics and project management teams to assist the company in making well-informed decisions and enhancing operational efficiency.

Engineering

The Engineering Department oversees the design, development and execution of substations, transmission lines, and distribution lines.

Operations

Our Operations Department includes line workers, right-of-way crews and support staff who build and maintain the electric grid.

IT

The IT department ensures a reliable and secure infrastructure for our expanding business needs, including electric grid operations, broadband services, end user applications, and member support.
